Bubba and the Beach

I am so fortunate that Joe is able to be off during the week and spend one special day a week with his BUBBA! He surprises me everyday with our son! I knew he would be a good daddy, but he is just foolish! He checks up after me to make sure I do everything just so, he give him tons of kisses, takes him outside to explore, does the best swaddle wrap in the world, talks "baby" talk yes he really does, and the loves him like there is no tomorrow. I am so proud of him.........

with that said..... I came home the other day to find Reaves in jeans and a t-shirt. I said to Joe " Did you pick that outfit out or was that the first thing you saw in the closet?" He said " I picked it out, I don't like those onseies he wears." Who knew??? Reaves is 4 months old and he has never said a thing! Reaves is one lucky little boy to have such a great daddy!

We went to the beach for the weekend with Mom,Carla, and the kids. We had a great time! Lawson could not get enough of Reaves, he wanted to hold him every second. He walked around all weekend calling himself "Sauceson!" Langley and Leyton had a blast on the beach and at the pool! It was so nice to spend time with my mom and sister!~

Reaves turned 4 months old On September 2nd. He is now weighing in at 14 lbs and 9 oz So he has doubled his birth weight and is in the 50th percentile. He is 25 1/2 inches long. It blows my mind that he has grown 4 1/2 inches in just 4 short months. So he is 75th percentile in length. He is growing like a weed! I really could just eat his face!
